#15. You Are Blessed
You may think you have challenges, but you have so many blessings. Sometimes it takes only a moment of conscious effort to recognise those blessings. Once you focus on the gifts instead of the problems, your whole perspective will change and you will see blessings everywhere.

#14. Today > Yesterday
You are commanded to love everyone, not condemn those who don’t agree with you.
Your opinions are just that, - opinions, regardless of where you got them from. They are tiny, a speck compared to the immensity of God. You cannot possibly have even the faintest idea of what God commands to other people, to other life forms. Your only possible intelligent choice is to continuously open in love and acceptance. Today must be more than yesterday.

#13. Truth
Truth does not change life.
Truth applies changes life.
You may understand Scriptures but this does not mean that your life will change. Your life will only change for a better if you apply Scriptures into your life.
Scriptures cannot change a life; unless it is opened and read, understood and applied.

#12. Always Clarify
Sometimes, you may come across certain people whereby they misinterpret the Scriptures. They may scare you off with their misinterpretation.
However, remember to always clarify with others from what you have heard or learnt.

#11. Do Your Quiet Time Daily
Have you come across a situation whereby God is actually speaking to you?
I had a best friend. We were extremely close and we treated each other like real blood sisters.
Sadly, good memories like this of course didn’t last. (Life is full of dramas.)
Being a naive kid back then, I thought our friendship was so strong that no one could break it. Too bad, I was totally wrong. Another friend of ours came in to spoil our relationship.
Long story, cut short! I ended my friendship with my best friend. I was utterly sad that I could not even shed a single tear. The pain was indescribable. How pathetic I was.
Within these 3 years, we became fair weather friends. My ex best friend was no longer the same. From a down to earth girl, she became a materialistic, possessive and bragger.
I learnt a piece of heart breaking news.
My ex best friend is attached to one of my close friends.
I was in a state of shock for a pretty long time. I was not the only one who had such reactions too. Many had the same reaction as me. I am extremely worried for this close friend of mine as I felt that this close friend of mine deserves someone better.
I was doing my quiet time and I came across the following verses.
1. Love your neighbor as yourself.
(Mark 12:31 and Luke 10:27)
2. Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.
(John 13:34)
3. Love your neighbor and yourself … Do this and you will live.
(Luke 10:27-28)
4. Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye?
(Matthew 7:3-4)
5. Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.
(Colossians 3:13)
Isn’t it amazing that someday, somewhere and somehow God will show and lead you the way?
My advice to you who are reading this now to keep praying and read God words everyday! God bless!

#10. Trials and Joys
We must go through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God.
(Acts 14:22)
Life is about “getting through” the trials and troubles that are inevitable in our sinful world.
For those who have chosen God’s way and know from experience that it’s “the most excellent way” (1 Corinthians 12:31), for you will persevere even when you have to go through any difficulties.
As sure as night, life’s troubles come,
As sure as day, they’re past;
But surer still that endless joy
When heaven we reach at last.
~D. De Haan
Earth – the land of trials;
heaven – the land of joys.
The joy that awaits us will make our temporary discomfort worthwhile.

#9. Assurance of Answered Prayer
As we pray, somewhere along, we may have doubts wondering if our prayers will be answered. We will feel like giving up too. For some, they might give up praying about it.
Despite being in despair, what have you done to reassure yourself to keep praying?
Here, let me assure you with the following verses:
1. Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.
(John 16:24)
2. Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.
(Matthew 7:7-8)
3. How much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him
(Matthew 7:11)
Therefore, have faith and keep praying! God bless! :)

#8. You Are Perfect As You Are
Do you think you are perfect?
No?
Let me tell you.
YOU ARE AS PERFECT AS YOU ARE!
God does not create faulty life. Everything that is created by God is perfect, and so are you!
Accept the glory of your being as is. :D

#3. Always Say A Prayer
In life, we will face problems that cause us to feel helpless. It may be a difficult family, the loss of job, financial crisis, bad health condition, relationship struggle and etc.
What do you do then when you face such problem?
Cry? Shout? Commit suicide? Venting your anger on innocent? Seek for consultation?
What exactly is the best way? Pray!
Before you do anything else, remember to ‘Always Say A Prayer’ (ASAP).
Something happens when we pray:
Power of evil lose their sway,
We gain strength, and fear gives way -
Therefore, let us pray.
Remember: Prayer should be our first response rather than our last resort.

#2. Why Do You Have To Suffer?
Many times, we humans complain that God is unfair and not understand why we have to suffer so much. Instead of complaining, maybe you should ask yourself this question. Do you know why you have to suffer?
Here are four reasons that sum it up:
1. Suffering helps us realised our urgent need for redemption.
2. Suffering helps us experience our dependence on God and our interdependence with one another.
3. Suffering helps us distinguish between necessities and luxuries.
4. Suffering helps us respond to the call of the gospel because we may have become so desperate that we cry out to God.
The hardships we experience,
The trials that we face,
Will teach us that we’re strongest when
We’re trusting in God’s grace.
~Sper
The weaker we feel, the harder we lean on God.

#1. The Ten Commandments
And God spoke all these words: “I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.
1. You shall have no other god before me.
2. You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on earth beneath or in waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, but showing love to a thousand (generations) of those who love me and keep my commandments.
3. You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.
4. Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your manservant or maidservant, nor your animals, nor the alien within your gates. For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.
5. Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the Lord your God is giving you.
6. You shall not murder.
7. You shall not commit adultery.
8. You shall not steal.
9. You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.
10. You shall not covet your neighbor’s house. You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, or his manservant or maidservant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.”
